I came in looking for a suit jacket and pants for my upcoming cruise and ended up leaving with a tux that was perfectly fitted and looks great and even managed to get a great deal! I dealt with Ebi and he was very professional and not rushed or pushy despite me coming in close to closing time. He showed me many options and despite me only looking for a jacket and some pants, i talked myself into a whole tux that i will definitely get some mileage out of. And i do have to admit, i look handsome in it! I will definitely be back for any formalwear needs, and would not hesitate to recommend Jos A Bank and their wonderful associate Ebi to anyone!

Had already been fitted for one suit for my wedding which was a seamless and great experience. Changed my mind two weeks later and decided on another suit and they refitted me without question. Velius made me feel great about the suit and the entire process! Daishon finalized the everything and made it feel comfortable and easy. Felt like I could really trust that crew! Thank you!

This was my first time going to Jos A. Bank in Milford. I came for a fitting for a tux rental. I had originally made the order in-store at a Men’s Wearhouse in the area, but the experience there was poor to say the least. After learning that Jos A. Bank is connected with Men’s Wearhouse rentals, I decided to go there instead. My experience at Jos A. Bank could not have been better. Velius and Ebi were working at the time, and Velius helped with my fitting. They were both extremely helpful, kind, and more importantly made me feel comfortable in the tux I’ll be wearing for my wedding. Velius took the time to get the fit right without rushing and made thoughtful recommendations, while Ebi made sure everything was clearly explained and the process went smoothly. I wish I had started the rental process here instead. I would recommend Jos A. Bank to anyone looking for men’s formalwear.

Best service ever! Ebi helped us out with a wedding tuxedo rental and made it such an easy experienced. We went to men’s warehouse with an appointment and they said we had to wait over an hour. Definitely recommend 100%!

Have been into this store a few times now and can't say enough good things about Daishon (store manager & tailor). On my first visit in, Daishon helped me pick out the perfect light grey suit for summer weddings and hemmed the pants nicely for me. He also recommended the perfect shirt/tie combo (although I purchased elsewhere) and was very happy with! I decided to come back in a few weeks later to purchase a new shirt & tie combo and Daishon hooked me up once again! He even pressed my shirt before I left the store which felt like going above and beyond to me. Come in, ask for Daishon, and feel confident that you'll have A+++ service and leave with the right fit!!

I came in on Saturday looking for a new suit for a wedding, and Aliya was absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to help me find the perfect suit and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and great attitude really stood out.
